From Raleigh

Head north on NC50 (Creedmoor Rd.)  Proceed to Creedmoor.  Pass through one light.  You will pass Creedmoor's Post Office on the left.  After you pass the PO, look for and take a left on West Lake Rd.    Go down the hill and go straight at the light at the bottom of the hill.  After passing through the light, take the next road to the right (Stem Rd.)  (OK.  It's really the second road to the right, but for all practical purposes, the first right is just a little dead end road.)

Proceed on Stem Rd. (which later changes to Brogden Rd) through the little town of Stem.  Go straight at the intersection with the flashing light.  Cross railroad track and then turn right at the stop (you can’t go straight).  You are now on Old 75. 

Go about one mile and turn left onto Culbreth Road. 

Proceed on Culbreth about three and a half miles and take a right on Enon Road. 

Go about two miles on Enon, cross the Tar River and take an immediate left onto Lucy Averette Rd. 

Go about one mile and look for Tar Hill Drive on your right.  Turn right onto Tar Hill Drive and my driveway will be the first one on the left.


From Durham

Head north on I-85.  Take Exit 191 off I-85. 

At the top of the ramp turn left.  Proceed over I-85 and then take a right at the first light.  (Hardees will be on your right.)  This is West Lyon Station Road.  Stay on it until you come to the end of it. 

At the stop, turn left onto Brogden Road (you can’t go straight).  Proceed on Brogden through the little town of Stem.  Cross railroad track and then turn right at the stop (here again you can’t go straight).  You are now on Old 75. 

Go about one mile and turn left onto Culbreth Road. 

Proceed on Culbreth about three and a half miles and take a right on Enon Road. 

Go about two miles on Enon, cross the Tar River and take an immediate left onto Lucy Averette Rd.
